We are looking for Control Room Technician for Oman
SSC plus recognized trade in Electrical & Electronic plush Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline- 5-7 years for trade technician and 2-3 years for post diploma experience preferably in a Hospital Engineering Department & should be Computer literate.
The Control Room Technicians shall be qualified to Ordinary National Certificate standard or equivalent, with five (05) years’ experience in a control room operations environment and with two (02) years Supervisory experience in a control room. The Control Room Technicians will have the following duties. Safe, efficient operation of all plant within the Hospital.
Direction of other staff under his control in the maintenance of the Hospital services.
Maintenance of operational files on the building management computer.
Implementation of the safety tagging out and permit to work system for mechanical and electrical equipment.
Control and checking of the fire alarm system during out of hours working.
In addition the Control Room Technician must have Supervisory experience in a shift control capacity or similar experience. He must have computer and keyboard experience and exposure to automated systems. He must have background in electrical, electronic or mechanical Engineering fields.
