We are looking for Civil Maintenance Supervisor for Oman.
SSC plus Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline. 7 years post-diploma experience, preferably in Hospital Engineering Department SSC Plus three years diploma in Civil Engineering with an ability to take down BOQ, make specifications, prepare drawings and supervise the civil maintenance jobs - preferably in the Sultanate of Oman with an Omani driving license.
The Supervisor shall have wide practical experience on maintaining high quality public buildings.
He shall have experience of maintaining painting, decoration, carpentry, masonry, and general plumbing gained in a Hospital, hotel or government buildings environment.
He must be able to carry out small alteration works specification and materials requirement.
He must be able to read drawings and read, speak and write excellent English.
In addition, the supervisor must be able to supervise construction for excavation till the handing over of the project.
He must be aware about all the process required to be carried out in this stage, approval of material and follow-up works.
In addition the Supervisor shall have a minimum of two (02) years management experience of a staff of more than six (06).
Knowledge of Planned Maintenance systems and familiarity with computers would be an advantage
